Greeting cards designed by Studio Expressio
It’s all in the cards…
The story behind Studio Expressio
A cup of coffee started it all. Make that two cups of coffee—a mother and daughter’s creative intuition and collaborative effort created the concept of Studio Expressio, a place where greeting cards with sophisticated design and clever verse converge.
The vision, however, came long before. Deborah Payne’s graphic design career represents more than 20 years of professional experience working with corporations, universities and small businesses to design communications that inspire and inform. As the owner of a small design firm, she has enjoyed successful relationships with clients from Fortune 500 corporations to Ivy League universities. After devoting much of her career to designing corporate identity, annual reports and advertising promotions, she was delighted to pursue a more personal passion: designing fun and contemporary greeting cards. But design is only part of the equation.
Studio Expressio values the relationship of visual impression and versed expression. So few products today accomplish both, but Studio Expressio seeks to restore the harmony of images and words. The creative writing is the genius of daughter Valerie, an attorney who also holds a degree in English and Journalism. Two cups of coffee—two sets of talent—one dream becoming reality.
