WHO WE ARE:
We are mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, and most importantly friends. We are also cancer survivors. Our experiences with illness have deepened our resolve to make a difference. Sometimes that can be as simple as kind word and a strong hand to hold. We want to help people get through their darkest moments.

Lisa Manley and Michelle Mathers started Butinski Designs in 2009 by designing cards, embellished hats and other products that are thoughtful and upbeat After having both survived cancer we decided to fulfill our passion and design cards for cancer patients. We focused on inspirational words with bright and positive thoughts. The line flourished and expanded into all areas of stationery. In 2010 Margo Leanna, a single mom of two with a history in the textile design industry, joined the team and has brought her love of patterns and bold color to introduce us into the invitation market.

We support and have donated to Sister to Sister, Women's Heart Health Foundation, MGH Cancer Center and Jeanie Geiger Crisis Center.We will continue to raise funds for causes concerning cancer.

OUR MISSION:
The mission of Butinski Designs is to create beautiful, inspirational and often funny, stationery and gifts that are in keeping with the environment.

We don't like to throw 'stuff' away. We try our best to offer gift sets and packages with packaging that you can use--you don't just throw it away. Our goal is always to make use of everything, and throw away as little as possible. And we always want to make things to make you happy! Walk into the store, and have happy, colorful prints all around you. We want you to surround yourself with colorful images and sentiments that make you smile : )
Our Business and the Environment

Butinski Designs is committed to creating the highest quality greetings and invitations. We use only the finest paper and cardstock. In keeping with the tradition of our New England roots, we purchase the majority of our paper from a mill in New England--the mill focuses on sustainable product design.
All papers are FSC Certified and manufactured carbon neutral with 100% renewable electricity.
