Using card credits
You’ll receive card credits when you get an annual plan, one credit for each card you can send. You’ll always see how many credits you have left for your year.
Upgrade your plan at any time and pay only the difference.
If you run out out of card credits, additional cards cost the same as your plan’s rate.
If you don’t use all your card credits, they rollover at renewal each year.

To ensure delivery, please follow these steps:
- Use generic salutations such as “Dear Service Member.” Cards addressed to specific individuals can not be delivered through this program.
- Please sign the card with a salutation that includes your name, such as “Sincerely, Your Name” or “Thank you, Your Name.”
- Do not include email or home addresses on the cards, as the program is not meant to foster pen pal relationships.
