World Water Day is held annually on March 22nd to focus attention on the importance of fresh water and to advocate sustainable management of this precious resource. World Water Day 2012’s emphasis is on the relationship of fresh water to food security.
 
On March 22nd, Denver volunteers will generate awareness about water and food security and seek donations from businesses and individuals.
